Phase 1: Wall Re-Layout and Rough-In

This phase is where we unlock the potential of your space, often involving the most complex structural work.

• Surgical Demolition & Debris Management: We meticulously implement extensive floor protection and utilize HEPA vacuum filtration to control dust migration. Demolition is surgical: we remove existing fixtures, flooring, and even demolish internal dividing walls to create the open, seamless floor plan you desire. All waste is managed via a dedicated on-site trailer.
• Framing & New Layout: We frame all new walls according to the design requirements. We modify the entrances to accommodate door openings for maximum accessibility.
• Plumbing & Electrical Rerouting: We execute a complete rough-in, rerouting all drain and water supply lines to new locations for the vanity, soaker tub, and toilet. Electrical rough-in includes wiring for new LED can lights (including wet-rated shower lights) and integrating dedicated power for accessories (ex. Heated Towel Rack, Heated Floors, Additional Outlets, etc).

Phase 2: The Foundation of Finish

With the new structure complete, we build the perfect, protected foundation for your luxury finishes.

• Drywall & Texture: We install new 1/2-inch moisture-resistant drywall on all new walls and in areas affected by demolition. This is followed by professional taping, bedding, and finishing to a texture finish of your choosing, ensuring seamless walls ready for paint.
• Ventilation & Comfort: We install the new heater/light/vent combo, carefully ensuring it is rated for the proper CFM, optimizing airflow and comfort.
• Waterproofing Integrity: We apply our comprehensive waterproofing system to all wet areas, creating the sealed, professional barrier that guarantees the longevity and leak-proof nature of your new walk-in shower and floor space(per design requirements).

Phase 3: Finish Installation & Final Details

This is the high-impact phase where all the custom selections come together to create your masterpiece.

• Cabinetry Installation: We install your new custom vanity, all featuring soft-closing doors and drawers.
• Walk-in Shower System: We install will your Custom Tile or Single Panel Shower system, including the shower base, wall panels, niches, and integrated grab bars. We install your high-end shower plumbing fixtures, such as, wall-mounted shower-head, rain shower heads, steam generators, and body sprayers.
• Flooring & Baseboard: We prefer to install large-format porcelain tile on the master bathroom floor with tight grout spacing for a sleek and low-maintenance experience. New baseboards are installed to match your existing home profile(Or Design Requirements).
• Paint & Lighting: All bathroom walls and ceilings are primed and painted (Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore). We install all new light fixtures, including can lights and specialty vanity lighting.
• Hardware & Fixtures: We install all final vanity faucets, mirrors, toilet, and accessory hardware (towel rods, toilet paper holders), completing the functional elegance of the space.
