Heidi is the warm, inviting voice that guides the Ekon Bath client experience. As our Intake and Scheduling Coordinator, she is our clients' first point of contact, and ensures a seamless start to every project.

More than just managing calendars, Heidi keeps clients fully informed with emailed newsletters and maintains our vital, active presence on Google Maps by publishing project highlights each week. Her dedication is foundational to our team, as she romanticizes even the smallest details of life, bringing that elevated attention and love to every phone call.
